Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the booking and use of serviced apartments operated by MINT Management GmbH ("MINT Vienna"), located in Vienna, Austria. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

- Bookings can be made through our website, third-party platforms, or by contacting us directly. - A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email) and any required deposit has been received. - All bookings are subject to availability. - Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- MINT offers two rates. On the Non-refundable rate the full amount is charged at the time of booking. On the Free Cancellation rate 50% is charged at booking as a deposit. - On the Free Cancellation rate the remaining balance, including Vienna city tax (Ortstaxe), is charged automatically to the same card 5 days before the check-in date. - Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer. - All payments are processed securely through Stripe. - All prices include VAT at the applicable Austrian rate. An invoice is issued for every booking.

- On the Free Cancellation rate you may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the check-in date. To cancel, contact us by email (welcome@mintvienna.com), by phone or by WhatsApp (+43 67633 02005). Your booking is cancelled within 24 hours. - Eligible cancellations are refunded in full — 100% of the amount paid, with no cancellation fee — to the card used for the booking. - Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. - The Non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or refunded. From 5 days before the check-in date, the Free Cancellation rate also becomes non-refundable. - No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. - Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or another platform follow the cancellation policy shown on that platform.

- Check-in: from 15:00 - Check-out: by 11:00 - Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees. - Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Guests are expected to: - Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care - Observe quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00) - Not exceed the maximum number of guests as stated in the booking - Not smoke inside the apartment (smoking is permitted on balconies/terraces where available) - Not bring pets unless prior written approval has been obtained - Dispose of waste properly using the provided recycling system - Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

- MINT Vienna is liable for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. - We are not liable for minor negligence except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations. - Guests are liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. - MINT Vienna is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For EU consumers: You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your reservation. Last updated: 2026-08-07
