These Terms of Service govern the booking and use of serviced apartments operated by [Company name to be added] ("Mint Vienna"), located in Vienna, Austria. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

- Bookings can be made through our website, third-party platforms, or by contacting us directly. - A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email) and any required deposit has been received. - All bookings are subject to availability. - Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Guests are expected to: - Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care - Observe quiet hours (22:00 – 08:00) - Not exceed the maximum number of guests as stated in the booking - Not smoke inside the apartment (smoking is permitted on balconies/terraces where available) - Not bring pets unless prior written approval has been obtained - Dispose of waste properly using the provided recycling system - Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

- Mint Vienna is liable for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. - We are not liable for minor negligence except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations. - Guests are liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. - Mint Vienna is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment. - A security deposit of [amount to be added] may be held and returned after inspection.
